Legendary NFL Star Tom Brady Set to Roll Out NFT Platform

The NFT market has been in a rage lately as the booming interests keep it buoyed. The legendary NFL quarterback, Tom Brady also wants in on the non-fungible token (NFT) mania. He revealed today that he is planning to launch an NFT platform very soon.

Tom Brady Plans to Launch Autograph

The American Football legend, Tom Brady is planning to roll out “Autograph” –an NFT platform – this spring. The platform will feature some high-profile names in the sports, entertainment, pop culture and fashion worlds. According to Brady’s representative, these individuals will work together with creators to bring about unique digital collectibles.

NFTs are unique digital assets that are underpinned by digital artwork like painting, music on the blockchain. The heightening interest in the space has been the major draw for most celebrities. The basketball team owner, Ranadive Vivek revealed that members of the organization can receive their pay in Bitcoin.

Autograph will be headed by Brady and the American entrepreneur Richard Rosenblatt. While the platform will be working with several notable individuals, it will also feature Brady’s NFTs. The star-studded advisory team includes Eddy Cue, Apple Senior VP; Steven Galanis, CEO and co-founder Cameo, among others.

Tom Brady’s NFT Platform to Feature Notable Personalities

Brady is one of the most successful football players and has picked interest in NFTs for some months now. The platform will release unique artworks for notable personalities. Some of the functions of autograph will include live auctions, in-person experiences, and physical product drops.

Last week, Brad made a whopping $2.25 million from the sales of his rookie card, making it the most expensive trading card in the history of football.

Tom Brady is not the first NFL star to participate in the NFT space. A couple of weeks ago, NFL star player Patrick Mahomes also made $3.7 million from his NFT sales. Moments after, he unveiled his NFT artwork collection called Museum of Mahomes.
